「Mar Y Oro Hotel and Beach is easily one of the best relaxation spots to recharge for a couple days if not more. The Hotel is on Contadora Island. Rooms are comfortable, we usually get the family suite, even though we are two. The more isolated rooms with fantastic beach views cost more. Check Expedia for great rates.
EDIT: 2 years left as of June 2026. We learned this morning that Mar Y Oro Hotel has been sold and will become Semi-Exclusive in 2026.
