Mi mala experiencia empezo en la reception con una personal muy grocera al atendernos, las personas de limpieza muy amiable y serviciales la mayoria de los meseros excelentes, pero algunas si no varias de las personas en los buffets atras de las vitrinas muy oscas. Yo reserve con varios meses de anticipacion con una familia grande con 4 habitaciones para ocuparse y ni por la anticipacion de la reservacion ya pagada no nos pudieton poner en habitacion en el mismo piso, creo que pensar en comprar una membresia o incluso volver no va a pasar. Agradezco a las personas q hacen bien su trabajo y son amables y hacer ver bien el lugar pero esta vez las malas experiencias fueron mas.
