It was one of the best zip lining courses we have experienced around the world. The food at the main restaurant La Rosa was mediocre. But the El Palmar resort restaurant next door offered great food."

If the noisy, smelly and crowded Bocas Town is not for you (as well), then definitely check out the Al Natural Residence and/or resort. Away from anything else, in the middle of nature, beaches and gorgeous sealife! The residence was just perfect, with stunning views over the ocean and the jungle. Highly recommended!"
