Good security staff. Staff took half an hour and couldnt find my booking, not sure whats wrong, just ensure this gap is filled. Toilet sink has no pipe connected to drainage area, so beware can only use kitchen sink to wash. Also no where to leave the soap and shampoo when showering. However it is as the pictures shown, with small kitchenette, fridge, TV is in the room, sofa and even hair dryer and steam iron equipment. Lovely view of surroundings too. Overall, still a pleasant stay. I got a studio so won't suggest bringing children or extra headcount for this.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I’m extremely disappointed with my stay. To begin with, the check-in process was difficult because they didn’t even have my room number available. Once they finally figured it out, I was given the key and went to the room. Unfortunately, the room was far from clean. I found trash and food leftovers from the previous guest, the refrigerator was dirty, there was hair on the floor, and the corners clearly had not been properly cleaned in a long time — there were even cobwebs. I understand this is a two-star property, and I was not expecting luxury. However, basic cleanliness should be the minimum standard at any accommodation, regardless of the number of stars, and unfortunately that standard was simply not met. I had booked the room for three nights, but the conditions were so disappointing that I checked out after only two hours. Despite this, they refused to refund any part of my stay. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property based on the cleanliness and the way the situation was handled.
