Top Ishii Japanese Garden Hotel Reviews
Comfort Inn Brandon
8/10 Good
"I have done a lot of travelling and many hotel chains will go out of their way to upgrade ones’ room for free whereas I showed up for this stay and asked for main floor as my mother-in-law is 87yrs old and instead of just making the change (as it was available) they charged me $10.00 extra. This is not how you get repeat business or have a customer talk about the extra charge. However, I will not share that info with anyone as I have confidence that these reviews are indeed used to improve services and customer experiences"
