「Très bel hôtel neuf. Les appartements sont grands et très bien équipés. Difficultés à communiquer en anglais avec le staff. Pas très flexible sur un late check out alors que l’hôtel etait loin d’être plein et que notre avion n’était que le soir. Ils auraient pu nous laisser la chambre jusqu’au moins fin d’après midi car il pleuvait des cordes dehors…. La piscine est un peu petite si l’hotel est plein je pense. Par contre peut louer des vélos 2h gratuitement et c’est très pratique. 」

「The communication is quite bad, we didn’t receive the email with the code the we can’t get in the hotel. We call to ask the officer and tried to communicate. No one seems to understand English so we used over 10 minutes to explain and repeat the situation that we are facing. Quite frustrating I’ll said. 」
