Hat mit schönem Aufenthalt nichts zu tun.

Schrecklich, mehr braucht man zu dieser Baustelle nicht sagen. Ich reiste um 19 Uhr an und man wollte mir ein Zimmer geben das offensichtlich vom Service nicht gereinigt wurde, aber trotzdem im System als Sauber abgelegt wurde. Das Ersatz Zimmer war sein Geld definitiv nicht wert. Nie wieder!!!

La piscine n'était pas en fonction (problème de pompe); nous en étions très déçu vu que nous avions choisi cet hôtel justement pour la piscine. Et le jardin environnant la piscine était totalement négligé contrairement à l'autre partie du jardin (de l'autre côté de l'hôtel) qui était très joli. D'autre part les verres utilisés dans la chambre n'étaient jamais nettoyés.

Schön mit kleinen Abzügen

Das Hotel ist mit seinen Ecken und den Mini Garten schön angelegt aber leider war das Zimmer sehr einfach und lieblos eingerichtet. Auch das Badezimmer war sehr einfach. Kein Oberlicht, keine Heizung für Handtücher, einfache Einbaudusche. Der Aussenpool war leider defekt und den Nachteingang sollte man besser auch nur Nachts nutzen da dort Kabel rum hingen, alte Wände sind wo der Putz sich löst und dieser eher als Abstellfläche genutzt wird. Für ein Romatikhotel bei diesen Preis hätte ich da leider etwas mehr erwartet. Sehr gut war das Essen und das Frühstück. Restaurant, Nebenräume waren schön eingerichtet und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich hoffe das hier noch etwas nachgebessert wird, dann komme ich auch gerne noch mal wieder.

In die Jahre gekommen und Reinigung oberflächlich

Sehr gute Bilder verschleiern die Realität. Alles sehr abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Wände an Lichtschalteen schwarz, überall macken und kanten, Lack ab usw. Vor allem wird aber nur da geputzt wo man hinkommt. Schwarze Staubflocken und Spinnweben über der Klimaanlage auf den Bildern usw. Poolbereich nicht einladend, ebenfalls wegen oberflächlicher Teinigung und Instandhaltung.

Super flexiles Team, Anreise nach 24 Uhr sehr gut gelöst. Feiner Wellnessbereich. Gerne etwas abwechslungsreicheres Frühstück für Vegane Ernährung nächstes mal. Beste Grüße

Fint hotel, med sauna og pool var ikke åbent

Vi tog en overnatning på vej hjem fra ferie sydpå. Vi havde valgt Hotel Neuhaus fordi de havde en pool og en sauna, som vi ville nyde efter en lang køretur. Vi ankom til hotellet, og blev taget godt imod af venligt, engelsktalende, personale. På værelset var der en kurv med badetøfler, håndklæde og morgenkåbe, så vi klædte om og gik ned i spa-afdelingen. Men stor var skuffelsen: Saunaen var kold og poolen var overdækket. Øv. Vi gik i stedet en tur i den hyggelige lille by, og fik et glimrende måltid mad i restauranten. Morgenmaden var også fin.

Lovely area and hotel

Lovely hotel! Great Area! The hotel and its grounds were beautiful. Would recommend air conditioning being installed as the rooms do get very hot and it is not ideal to have your window open if you are on the ground floor. Overall good stay and would stay again if were in the local area.
