HOWEVER if you do get a first floor duplex, be forewarned, the beds are in a loft one very STEEP flight up- and the bathroom is downstairs and there is no getting a suitcase up the stairs, so if that's a concern, choose a standard room. It would be great if the hotel provided a flyer to explain how to take the bus to get to the train in order to go into the city and return. Not the hotel's fault that it is confusing but it would be very helpful to have an explanation for guests of which bus and which train to take. Otherwise, great!"
