When I checked-in there was a huge paddle of water on the floor in the restroom. The toilet didn’t flush at all and AC didn’t work as well. It was horrible experience. No one was able to assist me because I checked in late.I couldn’t take a shower after the long trip, nor was I able to use a toilet. Next morning the employees wasn’t able to help me either. I asked them for a temporary room to take a shower and use a restroom. I was told to use the restroom in the breakfast room. Overall, it was a very bad experience and that room shouldn’t been available to guests.

Scomodità per l accesso alla stanza situata nella parte sottostante alla reception,peggio di un pian terreno, (-1 accesso esterno alla struttura) con balcone come unico accesso. Primo giorno in stanza con necessità di riposarsi sul letto ma le lenzuola rese umide da una coperta bagnata ci hanno impedito il riposo costringendoci a riposare sul divano in modo scomodo essendo in 2. Alla richiesta di sostituzione ci é stato lasciato un cambio lenzuola a cui abbiamo dovuto provvedere noi ospiti al rifacimento del letto. Prese elettriche poco sicure, la doccia con bassa pressione , interruttori non collegati bene per l accensione e spegnimento delle applique adiacenti al letto. Sicuramente il prezzo è stato esiguo,ma non per questo si deve cadere in errori cosi "banali" poiche l'accoglienza e la disponibilita dei ragazzi alla reception danno idea di qualcosa di sicuramente migliore di quello che abbiamo vissuto, quindi mi auguro per la struttua che riguardi con attenzione determinate cose

Il personale è stato estremamente gentile ed accogliente, la struttura si presenta esternamente e all’ingresso in buone condizioni. Purtroppo però ci è stata assegnata una camera standard al piano -1 senza nemmeno una finestra accanto al locale colazioni. La posizione della stanza la rendeva estremamente soggetta a tutti i rumori esterni sia degli ospiti che tornavano di notte che del personale che in prima mattina iniziava a preparare la colazione per non parlare degli ospiti che facevano colazione..insomma il motivo principale per avere una camera in vacanza cioè dormire era praticamente impossibile in questa camera. Capisco l’esigenza di affittare tutte le camere ma questo tipo di camera con i disagi associati vanno esplicitati e non può trattarsi di una standard…peccato!

Siamo stati ospitati nella stanza numero 2, molto luminosa e adatta per un soggiorno di breve/media durata. L'interno è moderno, soprattutto il bagno che è evidentemente stato ristrutturato di recente. Proprio qui però sarebbe utile un punto d'appoggio in più, come un tavolino o un attaccapanni, per poter posare asciugamani o altro.

Resort bellissimo dotato di tutti i comfort. Stanza e bagno spaziosi, terrazzino arredato molto bene con ombrellone e tavolino. Personale molto gentile e preparato, colazione molto ampia e con prodotti di qualità. Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Da tornarci assolutamente!

Bel hôtel à environ 15 minutes de marche du port. Très apprécié le balcon et toutes le fenêtres de la chambre. Points négatifs : douche brisée, les serviettes ne sont pas changées chaque jour & il n’y a pas de personnel à la réception le soir.

Buon hotel!

Hotel nuovo con camera tripla ampia e pulita. Colazione, inclusa nel prezzo, ottima e varia. Staff cordiale e gentile! Posizione buona ma bisogna camminare circa 15 min dalla via principale, la fermata dell'autobus è comunque vicina.

Hospitable staff, comfortable stay

The staff at the front desk was friendly and hospitable. The premises were adorned with beautiful flowers and trees, the sight of which was soothing to my soul. It was a shame that though breakfast was included in the price, we didn't have time to have breakfast at this hotel. The stay was comfortable overall.

Ottimo soggiorno ad Ischia in zona centrale

Ottima posizione della struttura, con molti servizi e collegamenti a portata di mano, a poca distanza dal porto, con abbondante colazione a buffet con personale molto gentile e disponibile! La strada è un pelo rumorosa, ma non è certo colpa loro, però si trova in una bella zona molto tranquilla, che permette facili spostamenti anche a piedi, con molti punti dove mangiare, supermercati e negozi. Nota dolente di Ischia sono i collegamenti dei mezzi pubblici, dato che le linee sarebbero anche tante e ben collegati i posti, ma gli orari dei bus sono "indicativi", dato che causa carenza di mezzi ci siamo trovati ad aspettare anche un ora. consiglio di vedere Forio, e di passare almeno mezza giornata alle terme dei giardini Poseidon, spendida struttura

Ottimo B&B

Siamo stati in questo B&B il fine settimana prima di Pasqua e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la camera molto spaziosa e pulita con bagno enorme con doppio lavabo doccia e vasca. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e disponibile, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato in camera un vassoio di benvenuto e la colazione è stata squisita. La villa si trova a due passi dalla fermata dell autobus dove si può trovare anche un mini market ed una pizzeria. Consigliatissimo.

Una bella esperienza.rimane in una zona tranquilla ma girato l'angolo a un centinaio di metri ti ritrovi un buon sevizio di bus con cui puoi girare letteralmente tutta l'isola. ..il centro è molto vicino....I proprietari sono stati molto amichevoli. ...esperienza da rifare.
