「Barely any hot water, low water pressure, definitely not a $200 room no way!」

「The suit was roomy and clean.The complementary breakfast has variety of ingredients to make a good breakfast. We didn't like the low light level in a lobby, crowdness and a smell of old carpets in the lobby, though....」

The disappointment was that although we were told breakfast was available starting at 6:30 am, there was nothing other than overnight coffee available at 7 am. Using the phone for contact in the common area meant the phone rang multiple times without anyone answering it.」

「The hotel is not as shown. Rooms are old and worn. The bathtub/shower combination was dangerous as the tub bottom was smooth. Easy to slip and fall on. Not very good for seniors that travel.」

「Neither the sink or shower drained properly. One bed was so damaged that is kept flopping off and the other had an extremely loud squeak from the slightest movement. The room smelled of mold with the AC on. It was not a positive experience. One positive is the bedding was clean」
