"We had a wonderful stay but what truly made our experience stand out was the exceptional service provided by Luis. He went above and beyond to help us throughout our visit, from assisting us with getting to our room to helping us recover a balloon that was special to us. His kindness, attentiveness and willingness to help made a meaningful difference in the service we received and in our overall experience. Luis is a great example of outstanding hospitality and we truly appreciate everything he did for us!
