「The staff were exceptionally friendly and made our whole stay very pleasant and relaxing. The Spice Tree Munnar area is truly beautiful with breathtaking views. The food was excellent and the spa treatments also deserve a special mention.」

The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness. 」
