「Staff is hopeless - not unfriendly but unwilling to help. We were 4 people sharing an apparment, but we could only have 1 key to the door. The reception is not open 24/7 that why, we had major problems only having 1 key. After many and long discussions with the staff, we gave and survived 2 days with just one key. 「酒店的设施和舒适都称不上一流，但是服务却格外贴心。 同行的好友恰好过50岁生日，按老经验，和酒店前台和餐厅打招呼询问是否可以安排一个蛋糕。出入意料的是，除了免费的蛋糕外，他们一再询问还需要什么额外的服务。几经沟通后，花了一些小钱，酒店帮朋友的50岁生日办成了小型烟火晚会，给朋友留下了惊喜难忘的假期。经主动的反复确认，还在蛋糕上写上朋友的中文小名，这服务绝对细致到位。 另外餐饮也很不错。入住当天是周末也是当地的公众假日，客人比较多，晚上正赶上烧烤自助餐。本还在纠结是否要吃自助餐，餐厅服务人员及时提醒我们不要错过，性价比果然很高，小青龙吃到吃撑。 美中不足的是，WIFI支持需要大大提高改善。房间几乎没法收发照片，只能坐在大堂里收发，且很慢。」
