「The management & staff were recently replaced so it was a bit chaotic however I did not blame it on them, they did their best to resolve any issues and do really care about guest experience. Overall I would say they have a lot of work ahead of them however it was a great stay for the fall colors this year. I look forward to staying again next time I am in the area.」

「I've never used a virtual check in, it went smoothly. Rooms were clean but nothing super nice; we didn't expect that though.
Comfortable beds and pillows
Water didn't get as hot as I would have liked.
