Nous avons payé sur la plateforme sans possibilité de remboursement. A notre arrive a l'adresse,nous trouvions bizarre qu'il y ait des voitures. Nous avons donc appelé le " propriétaire" qui nous a mentionné que le bien était déjà loue. 「The staff was very helpful and dealt with the issue we had, but, the room had a cigarette butt left on the floor, and smelled of cigarettes.」

「First time with B&B hotels. This modern inexpensive chain of hotels works well for family holiday stopovers. All night checkin straightforward via terminal in reception . Breakfast next day reasonably priced filling and healthy. Rooms clean and cool in the summer heatwave. Nothing bad to say about our stay. Staying at another B&B the following night and will be making more bookings in future .」

「We loved staying here. We had a lovely family room with separate space for the children. We were made very welcome and learnt a lot about the local area. We only stayed one night as it was an ideal stop point after crossing from the uk on our way further south. We would definitely come again and next time stay a few days to explore Arras and the surrounding area. Kind welcoming friendly. Clean lovely accommodation and a wonderful breakfast to send us in our way- can’t recommend it enough.」
