The front desk person was friendly, had a good sense of humor. Helpful. Our room was good size, clean and comfortable.
It would have been nice if the restaurant and bar had been open. But with today’s staff shortages, was not surprised.

Another one of those new budget boutique hotels popping up all over Ipoh. This however is located about 15 mins drive out of the city via the expressway.
Everything is new and fresh. The room was generous enough and modern but there were no bathroom amenities. The bathroom had a rain shower but was letdown by low water pressure.
There's a huge hyper market / mall near the hotel and a themepark coming up soon.
It's rather good value for money but you'll definitely need your own transport.
The hotel was only let down by its lackluster staff. They all looked like they were forced to work, no smile, no greetings, very sloppy.

とても清潔で快適だった。
近くに大きなショッピングモールがあり、 食事や買い物には不便は感じなかった。
ただし町の中心からは離れており、路線バスに30分近く乗る必要がある。
冷蔵庫は無かった。

Het was allemaal heel proper, maar de kamer was heel verouderd met barsten in de muur. Je kan gewoon de conversatie van de buren meeluisteren, dus geluidsdicht is het zeker niet.
En het was jammer geen warme douche te kunnen nemen. Maar als je het prijs kwaliteit bekijkt is het meer dan goed!

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, con camere e bagni pulitissimi e con aria condizionata. L'hotel dispone di un piccolo spaccio alimentare sempre aperto.
La zona in cui si trova è piuttosto anonima con centri commerciali e fast food, ma si trova a un quarto d'ora d'auto dal centro di Ipoh

Great basic stay
Two nights. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, Mydin was next door, food was really good, wifi was speedy. Only two problems, no fridge in room and the hot water for the shower wasn't very hot.

Hotel valya yang terbaik di ipoh
Hotel. Yang terbaik dari kebersihan,layanan,peramah staff, layan baik dari staff perbesihan amat puas hati sangat tak sombong.. Bleh bertolak ansur dalam ape jua keadaan..masalah tentang tempahan dapat di selesai kan dengan segera,mencari tempat bilik kosong dengan segera bila order last minit.. Mmg selesa antara hotel yang saya tinggal bersih lagi... Layana baik sentiasa senyum.. Selalu ckp sorry wlaupun bukan salah diorang ...sy selalu buat tempahan di hotel nil paling lama sy pernah duduk 2minggu bln ogos 2019 saya sangat2 selesa bilik yang kemas dan wangi.. Terima kasih staff valya ipoh.. Sy akan rekemen kwan2 dan keluarga bila ke ipoh.. Yang sedia ruang untuk solat.. Sedah.. Kalau sediakan kain sembayang lagi bagus...
