Frankly, the room was very nice. It was clean, and the bed was nicely and very tightly made up. The air-con was also comfortable, the towels were nice and soft, and I enjoyed the rain showers. However, the rest of the hotel was really run down. There were ironing boards and even a fridge in the corridor.

A stay to avoid

One of the worst stay ever in a hotel. Booked two rooms. No towel, no drinking water, soaps and shampoo and worse, one of the beds missing a leg. Imagine sleeping in a see-saw bed. Highly uncomfortable. And to top it, the walls are very very very thin. I can hear every sneezes, every slamming of doors closed, every toilets used, beds being moved all night! I even have a nightmare where I can't bear it all, I open the door and screamed shut up! Either the walls are thin or the hotel is haunted, I don't know. All I know is that I would never ever sleep in this hotel ever again!

Dissapointed😒

Hi i have booked 1 suites room for two nights with two queen bed on 13th june.i arrived at t-hotel on 14th june at 2pm.when i checked with reception,the guy said no such booking under my name and we waited around half and hour.he suggest us to choose other rooms since suites are no more available.we really dissapointed with this service.
