Overall unsatisfied

Dont expect anything else than a hot shower and a bed to sleep.Towels are in bad condition(torn) and with odour smell.Bed sheets and pillows had not been changed for some time and unwanted stains are visible.Could find better hotels nearby at a cheaper price.The Aeon Station 18 is just across the street.

Cheap and cheerful

Bathroom had mould on the walls. Housekeeping didn't happen. Previous guests rubbish left. But service was good and overall we were happy

A good and cheap rate hotel but need a little tweak as the room got leaking wall due to heavy rain.

A little disappointed

We actually stayed in this hotel before last year, it was better during that time, that's why we came back to this hotel this time, but was quite disappointed with our decision. This time around, we had a hand sink which is leaking water, and that was really disgusting. The wall of the bathroom had some dirts and stains too, looked like the wall has not been cleaned properly. Besides, the hot shower was not functioning properly, it's either too hot or cold. Nearby the hotel, the other shops are closed not even during night time, even during day time, some shops are vacant too. Hence, we would prefer to park our car near to the hotel for security purpose. However, it can be quite difficult to get a car park near to the hotel as some car parks are blocked by a restaurant beside the hotel for their business. But we are glad to see a water dispenser in the hotel this time, which means that we can easily get drinking water. Of course, one of the best things about this hotel is its location, which is just a walking distance to a shopping mall, we can easily purchase food/goods and even watch movie easily, very convenient.

Comfortable and reasonable

Overall, I was happy with the condition of the hotel,comfortable and the price is reasonable. I have a stay at standard room without window. The room is clean and free of odour. This hotel is located opposite to a shopping mall, within walking distance. Just hard to find a parking area because customer going to shopping mall may park at the shoplot area. However, after 11pm, you can find car park easily. This hotel is recommended as it is near to shopping center and just 15min drive from the city.

clean & tidy

Basic hotel and yet had a comfortable stay as it is clean n tidy. Not too spacious but is equiped with basic appliances: water heater, reputable air cond brand n a tv. Good for a short term stay

Not bad for a budget hotel!

Friendly hotel staff. Clean room (family room). Next to Aeon so food & shopping is easy. Thanks to Mr. Tony that gave me some parking coupons! ☺ Tips :- You need to get parking tickets or coupon for your car. Or you'll be fine by MBI.

Good enough to sleep

Worth the money spent. Don't expect much with this kind of rate range. Good enough to sleep comfortably and take note the room size is small. Smaller than Tune Hotel i think. Walking distance to AEON and Tesco. If you are driving please ensure you buy the parking ticket from the hotel counter.
