"This is a very unique property and I feel they really put in a lot of thought into the guest experience. Little things like a self checkout for snacks and other items to an ice machine with ice buckets before you get to the elevators. What we love about it, its location. Very close to the casinos, restaurants and shopping. The rooms themselves are spacious and they provide you with everything you may need. We have stayed at many properties in Lake Charles but this is our to go place from no on. Thanks to Karen for being real and a great staff member."
