Even though it is an older property it was very clean and comfortable. For the price it is well worth staying here.

Decent place to stay, but staff doesn't know way around town, how to get to highway on north end of town. The welcome brochure lists a restaurant four blocks away that doesn't exist. The property at that address is a two-story, grand, old house. Staff had no knowledge of the alleged restaurant.

Had to stay here because there was nothing else available. Luckily there were two beds. My husband pulled the comforter back and there were two long strands of hair in the bed and looked like someone had wiped their hands on the bed after eating. I pulled the sheets back on the other bed and that looked well enough to sleep on. Floors were gross looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed and had obvious stains of no telling what! Bathroom had a new toilet that was clean but the rest of th bathroom was in bad shape and not very clean at all. Just very disappointing and will never stay here again.

The room had bedbugs so my wife and i were bitten throughout the night, then the day we were leaving they didn't knock and just barged in the room at 9:00 am when checkout is at 11

Front desk staff not very friendly, rooms were clean, beds hard and uncomfortable, website lists and shows a pool (pool has been filled in with gravel), wi-fi dropped when hotel filled up. Stayed 2 nights. Lowest price around, you get what you pay for

This place did the trick for an overnight stay. It was actually very clean. We had booked a room with 2 beds and when we checked in, our room only had one bed. They quickly changed us out. The air conditioner worked perfectly and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. We've stayed in Chanute several times between our travels between Omaha and Tulsa but this is the first time at this motel. We will definitely come back again.

Overall, property not taken care of. Not enough parking. Parking not marked. Had issues with other guests being inconsiderate for no reasons. Housekeeping knocked on door every morning around 9am, due to door signage being too janky to stay on outer door. Men, not employees, stopping women to be arrogant and nosey. You get what you pay for.

Good place to rest.

It was fast pleasent and surprisingly good. We had a few people lurking around our car and room, which was the only uncomfortable situation. They had a pool, but it was a health hazardly displace of water that needs to be drained. Green blooms with trash.

always a great stay.

stayed before, always good service and clean rooms. Beds could be more comfortable, but for the price, you're getting a good deal. Great location in town close to food, fuel, and snacks. Will always stay here when I come to town.
