The capital of the prefecture stands 470m above sea level, and has more than 75,000 inhabitants. The city is built on the coast of Lake Pamvotida, which adds a particular character to it. Ioannina is a traditional city, with many picturesque niches.

Das Hotelzimmer war einfach ein Traum – sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und rundum zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend: absolut zentral, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

Run, friend run!
King Pyrros is a disgrace to Ioannina. The room was dirty. We found hair on the floor, old juice box in the fridge. The bathroom had barely been mopped. There were cigarette butts in an old bottle on the balcony. When I complained, the lady came up that was watching the reception with a dry Swiffer ...
