Fridge really took a long time to cool things down. There were no glasses in the room. Reception closed at 4pm so no way of getting things sorted. Apart from these points, a very comfortable bed and lovely breakfast.

I stayed in Room 302 for one night November 23, 2024 even though my flight was delayed due to bad weather, so I was only able to stay the one night instead of the two I had reserved it for. The room does have a safe. The code to my room door was having issues that it would not let me in, but the sfaff were very helpful in changing out the batteries and had no more issues with getting inside my room. The hotel is next to the lake, great view during the colder season. As I am from America I did not see a normal thermostat for the heat, so my room was very cold that I had to call my friend to come pick me up to stay at their home. If you are from the U.S. my suggestion would be to check with the front staff how the heating system works and also to pay for the room upfront as I had issues with trying to get my payment to go through because the link I was given would not work, and I do not know the European banking system, after several attempts the payment was able to go through as I had called my bank so they would not consider it a security alert. This hotel is also within walking distance to a food market. Very quiet area except for a dog who barked a night. The staff were pleasant.

This is the worst hotel that we ever booked, do yourself and your travel companions a favor, don't even think about staying at this hotel if you don't want a very unpleasant stay, customer service is terrible!

Too noisy.

My stay here was near perfect except for one thing, the noise into the early hours for 4 of the 5 nights of my stay. I really cannot explain the banging, scraping and all manner of noise seemingly from the room above. This kept me awake until at least 1.30 am and impacted on the quality of my visit to the area. It was as if furniture was being constantly dragged around the room. Why would any other guest behave in this way ? I have stayed in many hundreds of hotels and NEVER encountered anything like this. I have doubts as to whether the same guests would be staying as long as I did ( most people seemed to stay 1 night) so that makes it even more strange. Apart from this I would have been delighted with my choice. Lovely room , lake view, albeit between the trees, good wifi and nice breakfasts.

Καλό θα ήταν το παιδάκι (εγγονάκι) μάλλον της ιδιοκτήτριας του ξενοδοχείου να του κάνανε κάποια παρατήρηση να μην κάνει φασαρία από τις 14.00 που μπήκα στο δωμάτιο μέχρι και μετά τις 16.00 επίσης να βρουν έναν άλλο τρόπο να επικοινωνούν με την καθαρίστρια από το υπόγειο μέχρι και τον τρίτο όροφο και όχι να φωνάζουν. Πας να ξεκουραστείς από ενα ταξίδι και γίνεται φοβερή βαβούρα στο ξενοδοχείο. Ηχομόνωση στα δωμάτια μηδέν...

We stayed at the hotel for one night, just a stopover en route to another destination. The receptionist who greeted us could not have been more pleasant or helpful. She was really nice. Breakfast in the morning was good. The bed was a king and was super comfortable. We didn't explore the area, but it did seem to be outside of the main area of town. The bathroom could do with a reno though. It was clean, but very dated. We didn't bother taking a shower in the little shower cabin.

Angenehme Hotelatmosphäre. In 20 Minuten Fußweg entlang des Seeufers ist man direkt an der alten Festung und hat eine große Auswahl an guten Restaurants. Die Stadt ist eine Reise wert.

Fint by men hotelen var ikke slik du venter på (når du ser på bilder) Det er 2-3*** Hotel ikke ****. Rom med sjø utsikt finnes ikke fordi litt lang fra sjøen også mange terærer hindrer at du ser litt av sjøen, veldig enkelt frokost. Mye penger for 4 Stjerner hotel!!

Bad choice

Most of the staff is not English speaking. Although roo is equipped with a kitchenette there are no utensils nor cutlery and not even a kettle. Wi-Fi is available however tend to be slow. Breakfast offers a painfully dull selection.
