「这次带老人出行，订了该酒店的家庭房（即4人间），价格比2卧室的套间还贵，结果房间只有一间，空间不适合这么多人住。想增订一间，结果酒店说没有空房了。不得已，只好在附近酒店另外订一间。另外，酒店的停车场维修不能用，事先也没有告知。」
