「The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. 「From even before check in, staff was super accommodating and communicative. When they saw our party of 3 families (8 kids total under the ages of 6), they set up 2 picnic tables and the grill for us. You can tell they take pride in their space. We stayed here overnight before heading to Storyland, which was only 5 mins away. Loved the 2 playgrounds and the pool. Very family friendly atmosphere. 」

「Schöne Unterkunft mitten in der Natur. Wir hatten die Unterkunft gewählt um die Mount Washington Auto Route zu fahren. Leider hatte das Wetter nicht mitgespielt und so fiel die Route aus und es war die Übernachtung unnötig, da hier leider nichts um das Hotel herum ist. Die Straße war leider auch gut hörbar im Zimmer zur Straßenseite. An sich aber sehr freundliches Personal und wir haben uns dennoch wohl gefühlt. 」

「The location is perfect for access to either end of Conway. The room was especially clean. It would be nice to have a coffemaker in the room since it isn't available in the office until 8am. But that is not essential to wanting to stay there in the future.」

「We had a great time up North but stayed at one of the older buildings (1-K) and there were several outdated and noticeable issues. One of shelf inside the shower where you put the bar of soap was cracked…the bathroom doorknob came off where my handy wife fixed it and one of the closets was very spooky because it had a curtain inside the closet as a replacement for a wall. Other than that we are always pleased with our stay and look forward to coming back. Maybe we are offered a free weekend...

「My room was on the top floor. That may be why the hot water took forever to heat up. The room was nice & there was an a/c in the window, already running when I checked in. The bed was too firm for my taste, but everything was clean. Friendly staff and breakfast was really good. 」
