"The hotel is outdated and could use some updates. The beds were firm and the pillow covers were warm and uncomfortable after 10 minutes. The room booked had a few issues; the bathroom facet was very loose and the bathroom door knob was loose and almost falling off the door. I did report this to the front desk and they sent a hotel handyman to fix them. Later the shower leaked to the rest room floor and we used towels to control it-but didn't report this to the front desk."
