Staff is super nice and friendly, esp Jin providing lots of warm support and kind suggestion which I appreciate very much. Room is spacious and clean with mountain view, breakfast is delicious. Thanks for everything here. Highly recommended!

The hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance around the station. The place is quiet and peaceful. The breakfast is included and the hotel will give u the city visitor card to let u have free city bus.

Comfortable stay
A 5-minute walk from the station. Friendly staff. Bed and room is a bit small and out of date. Ash tray of the terrace was not emptied. Complimentary continental breakfast is an advantage.

熱情的迎接，落伍的房間
當接過熱情的登記員的門匙後，迎面而來的是一股奇怪的氣味。房間的裝修似乎是七十年代，本來，儲物櫃可算足夠，但雪櫃和夾萬放在一邊，令儲物櫃的溫度奇高，化妝品和䕶膚品全部變軟。房間清潔員工質素參差，有兩天好像未完成就離開，廁所刷和垃圾桶還放在廁所上面。㗎啡包和茶包永不補充。早餐尚算豐富，還可以自己動手煎疍，但是㗎啡比即溶的難喝。最令人好感的是酒店的接待員，每次都令人覺得受到款待。

It had great views of the surrounding mountains and it was an easy walk to the train station which made travel super easy. The staff was also incredibly friendly. And I loved the eggs with silly drawings on them at breakfast!

Everything was very good especially the breakfast. Perhaps the swimming pool could have been a degree or so warmer! Will definitely stay here again

I'd stay again
I didn't ask much of the staff other than for dining options. All staff spoke enough English to get me by. Friendly and accommodating. Room was small, but clean and had a balcony. Good hot water with good pressure. Good location close to shopping and eating, but far enough away to be very quiet and safe.

Good hotel just a little off the main strip, so quieter but still super easy to walk everywhere. Staff were great, especially in reception and the breakfast area. Great breakfast with good variety. Rooms were fine, with a balcony and view which was nice. Would stay here again if in Interlaken.

The location was great. The room seems its wear and tear. Overall the room was good but when there are no AC in the hotel, it was a bit difficult to sleep at night. The staffs were wonderful and extremely helpful and insightful. Would recommend this hotel

I cannot recommend Stella Hotel enough…they really treat you like family and they clearly put their clients first. My husband had an accident and had to get surgery at the nearby hotel, and they were so accommodating with our needs. The hotel was also very convenient for us, since it was within walking distance of amazing food, the paragliding park, grocery stores and bus stops. There were also plenty of free parking. The breakfasts were delicious and the attendants were always so kind. There is a pool in the hotel, which was awesome, and a huge balcony. The only minor downsides: interior is a bit older and there is no AC. BEST HOTEL IN INTERLAKEN!!
