「Parfait」

「Great location closed to a subway station and easy access from the highway/airport. Room is ample, bed was comfortable and cozy. Shower has good pressure and everything was very clean. I loved that they provide a “pillow menu” with 5 options for you to choose the one you like! Breakfast has great selection of food both Arabic and western. Fresh orange juice is a must, really good! We also had lunch and dinner here and menu is extensive and fairly priced. 」

「Across the hotel there are CLOSURE signs by the Ministry of Tourism, yet the staff don’t know anything about it! Asked many times if the hotel is closed or not, and they had no answer. 」

The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything felt well organised and easy. My room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, which made the stay even better. The overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and the location was convenient too. I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it.」

「This is a great hotel property. It is near the metro station. The staff are nice and helpful, and the room is clean. The breakfast is delicious.」

「The air con temperature in the room was uncontraollable. It was only either ON (at very low temperature) or OFF. With the air con turned on at low temperautre, there was no hot water AT ALL for the sink nor the shower at all 4 nights I stayed there. It is just unaccetable. I tried to ask the hotel staff if they could offer me just 1 day of complimentary breakfast as a compensation, but the answer is NO. Will never stay at this place again nor recommend any friends to stay there.」
