「Location is good and power cuts are more.」

「The price was the lowest price I could find. On arrival the hotel occupancy was high and gave me room just beside the noisy cargo lift. After complain they gave me a better one. Wedding ceremonies and low price contributed to its high occupancy. Breakfast was quite good vegetarian. 」

「Everything was too good. Very nice complimentary buffet breakfast. Reception is on first floor but directional boards are not available on ground floor.」

「Average budget hotel, rooms, linen dirty, old rusty fittings, small rooms. Room service staff very slow and careless. Management need to train staff specifically for customer service and facility management, cleaniness & professionalism. 」

「There are zero redeeming qualities about this hotel. The shower consisted of a bucket, the bed was on an old metal box spring and the mattress felt like it came from a fold out couch. All of that was forgivable and Ina way quaint and a fun little story for friends. however, the dozens of aggressive mosquitos in the room were the last straw. 」

「I had a terrible experience with the hotel and Expedia team. The hotel staff denied my check-in because the management had changed. I waited around two hours for an alternate hotel, but no solution was provided by expedia. In the end, I had to book a hotel on my own. 」

「It was a pretty depressing room with torn blanket and used soaps and toiletries in the toilet. Dirty sheets in the closets. Although I had 2 nights' reservation, I could not tolerate the though of spending the second night there and moved out after the first night. Not an experience I would ever want to repeat.」
