"We had an excellent stay at IMLAUER Mirabell. We were able to check in early after a 6 a.m. flight, and then stayed in one of the newly renovated suites. The new suite was gorgeous, the shower was lovely, and the bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The room was nice and quiet despite being by a busy street. We also were the second party to try their new breakfast, which was delicious. The staff were friendly and thoughtful, and we felt very welcomed. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Hard to get in to get bag out of the car. You have to ask for a code every time and the time to enter the street which is very narrow and crowded. Avoid this hotel if you’re traveling with a family and several suitcases or be prepared to carry everything from the parking garages about 2 blocks away. The staff was friendly and quick an out beds were very comfortable. "

"Our stay was great! Very kind and helpful staff for tourists and parking was easy to use and understand the details/rules. Only downsides we found: 1) pillows were horrible (but possibly our preference) but the mattress was fine. 2) no phone to contact the front desk so every time you need something (us was tissues and extra hangers) you have to go down to the lobby to put in your request. No the end of the world, just slight inconvenience. Air conditioner worked amazing for those who like a cold room! Quick access to old town location wise. Highly recommend"
