"The air conditioning was now working. Was 26 when I got there and stayed the same all night. The shower filled up the tub as the diffuser was not working correctly."

"Good location. Appreciated the fridge and microwave. Bed mattress firm and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I requested a pet free room due to a recent asthma flare up and they were very accommodating. The big negative for me was the very strong scented cleaning products. We had to air out the room so it wouldn’t affect my breathing. The strong smell lingered in the lobby. Anyone who is allergic or sensitive to smells would have a problem with it. The soap and shampoo also have a strong scent. It’s a budget motel and for the value it’s what I expected. If we return, I would ask if unscented cleaning products are available for our room."

"We reserved and paid for a junior suite. We were presented with a Dbl Queen room instead. We were given a roll away cot that took up any extra room that it had. We notified them of a leaking toilet--that was fix satisfactorily--but there was no way to contact front desk and the room had no phone. We were there for 3 nights and it seemed like we were bumped for some teams that were occupying all the ground floor suites. Friends of our had also booked a suite for the same reasons as us (5 ppl) and were also given a smaller room and not what they had booked. It is no surprise to say that teams were loud and disrespectful to other guest late into the night, but the bumping and different levels of reno/disrepair throughout the hotel make it hard to give high marks or recommendation to others."
