Rooms are dated but very clean. Fresh towels each day. Lovely hot shower. Bar fridge & kettle. Very convenient location & the owner Jim was lovely & helpful. Traffic noise being on highway but expected & I wear earplugs so didn't bother me. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Staff are friendly and accomidating to your needs. Woolies, servo and pub within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy however the peeling yellow paint dose makes it feel dated. The accomidation is also just off a main road so bring ear plugs if your a light sleeper.

There were ant's in the bed, traffic could be heard, the building is quite old. In saying that the unit was clean and tidy with new air con and TV, the owner was very nice and accommodating.

Interesting town

Appalling condition in surrounding, had to Queanbeyan if motel was open. Bathroom new fittings but paint peeling off walls and mould on walls. Place was clean in it self. Wifi good and great hot water but would not recommend at all.

Clean and Tidy

Lovely man at the front desk - efficient and friendly check-in. Room was spotlessly clean and the aircon had been turned on prior to my arrival to ensure a cool room. a great experience overall. Only thing is, I was in a room close to the road and the trucks/road traffic was quite loud all throughout the night. Expected for a roadside motel though. Just a note to noise sensitive travellers to have earplugs at the ready.

Older property with a lovely manager. Rooms old but clean and well maintained. Property outside could be tidier but given the recent rain and heat in the area very understandable. Don’t be put off by the exterior appearance. Easy walk to many pubs for decent meals with Maccas directly across the road.

Excellent stay at Moondarra. Simple motel accommodation with all the comforts. AC was icy cold, beds were very comfortable and the room spotless clean. Thanks to the wonderfully friendly owners for a relaxing stay. Will definitely be staying again next time I'm heading through.
