It is NOT ok to advertise and confirm a service that is then not included and they charge extra. There was a lot of noise from the street until late night and early morning. "Baby crib did not have a mattress, we were provided a few smelly blankets, one of them with yellow spots. No black out curtains, which made sleeping during the summer very difficult. The floor carpet seemed very old and difficult to clean. No air conditioner. However, the staff was friendly and the location and view were beautiful. We this it was a bit overpriced. "
