"Péssima experiência. A suíte não foi a que reservei, a recepcionista não encontrou minha reserva e me colocou em qualquer quarto. A tranca da porta estava em péssimo estado, comprometendo a segurança. A pia vazava, o ventilador fazia muito barulho, e o conforto é muito ruim: cama desconfortável, travesseiros finos e cabeceira estrutura de tijolo. Falta total de manutenção e organização. Não recomendo."

"I had a fantastic stay at Savassi Village Hotel! The hotel is great, with excellent service from start to finish. The reception team was welcoming and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast—absolutely awesome! The selection was great, everything was fresh, and the team working in the breakfast area was simply amazing. The girls there were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect.

"Accommodation in good condition and hygiene; good location that allows easy access to the main avenues and ring roads, which ensures access to the attractions of Belo Horizonte and neighboring cities. However, the traffic on these avenues is heavy and there are many trucks, so it requires great care and defensive driving because most do not observe safe distance and I witnessed an accident between a passenger car and a truck for not following these rules.
