「The female reception staff was rude, unkind and not helpful; This was my tenth time in Marokko and my worst experience; I will never recommend a Riu hotel to my friends. However, staff at dinner time was friendly, as was the male reception staff.」

「Unsatisfactory」

「Rooms bespoke, spacious and charming decor. Staff friendly and attentive. Just outside of main area which we wanted and a relaxing stroll to the main beach and restaurant area in Agadir. We liked everything about our stay and will return again when we visit friends that live in Agadir. Thanks Riad Villa Blanche」

「Personnel poli serviable. Petit déjeuner complet. Chambre propre. Climatisation correct.」

「The room is dated and poorly maintained, and the air conditioning is not cooling properly」

「Quick one night stay at Timoulay but everything was wonderful. Staff were extremely helpful for our group of 10. Location was perfect for our adventures.」

「Everything is excellent. Would certainly go back.」
