「Amazing Hosts. Wonderful place. We loved our visit and will have a long memory of Laddakh in our lives because of great hotel staff. Don't forget to ask for Dorjee driver for your taxi travel. One of the best driver I have every driven with (and you will need it because of rough terrain). I could trust him with my family in car on treacherous Himalayan roads and a whole bunch of aggressive drivers around.」

「Staff could not be more attentive and helpful . It’s a lovely clean hotel with good food and excellent service at am affordable price. Sure there are loads of low budget places here but why take the risk when for a reasonable budget you will be sure of clean water good food and staff that will help you at every turn! Five stars well deserved」

「We had a great stay, the staff were lovely - very supportive. They prepared us early breakfast when we went out to cycle. Great location, beautiful garden/terrace with views over mountain. Lovely!」

「I went to Leh towards end of January for a peaceful retreat, the staff of this hotel made my experience amazing. They helped me plan the perfect itinerary and arranged for transportation. The amenities of the hotel made my stay comfortable. The location is convenient (2 mins walk to the main market). I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are planning a trip to Leh.」

「Hotel is good but it was very cold and no facilities except hot water bottles. The staff were really very helpful and tried their best. Food was good. Rooms were fair sizes and beautiful view. 」

「部屋も清潔で、まずまずです」

「このホテルを含めて5つの宿泊施設を滞在中利用しましたが、Hotel New Glacier Viewが1番良かったです。はじめバスタブがあると思っていたのですが、ツインか2人以上宿泊の場合の部屋にあるのみで、シングルにバスタブは無いみたいでした。部屋を幾つか候補から選ばせてくれて、眺めも良く、シャワーも出てドライヤーも借りる事が出来、Wi-Fiも充電も問題ありません。何よりスタッフ皆さんが親切でした、またレーに訪問するときは利用したいです。皆さんにお薦めします。ありがとうございました！」

「The location of the property is great, a short walk up the road to the main market area and old town, but the room was cold and damp and smelled very damp. The room was never cleaned during the entire week stay and there was no heating in the room. The was not enough toilet paper or towels. The room was also not clean on arrival and stayed that way as they never cleaned the room at all. Also many of the power sockets and light switches didn’t work. 」

「It was very relaxing experiences to stay there. Though place was a bit away from town, very beautiful gardens and rooftop cafe in front of a river was so calm and enjoyable. Staff members was also very nice to talk. Thank you for your hospitality!」
