「We have stay here for to night come everything was great except we didn’t buy breakfast. 5 min walk you can reach the Chinatown where with a lot of restaurants. Or, you can try cafe at hotel main floor . In room, mini refrigerator, coffee maker are provided. We had part of view of Bow river. Room rate is acceptable. Definitely come back when visiting Calgary again. 」

「The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom...

「This was a good location for our family for 1 night, the staff were friendly and it was a nice clean modern hotel in a good location. There is no free breakfast, they offer breakfast in the restaurant for a cost. There is a buffet or you can order off the menu, both are very expensive and nothing special. if you can go somewhere else for breakfast. 」
