「我透過Hotels.com訂了今年１月1日，共6晚Hotel Sujata的雙人房連早餐，並用信用卡付了全費。抵達後，我們出示Hotels.Com的voucher，該酒店經理卻拒絕我們的入住，堅持要我們再以現金付全費才讓我們入住，我們萬分驚訝，跟他理論但仍拒絕讓我們入住。 糾纏了個多小時，酒店經理應承我們的退款要求，並寫了一封信給我們，叫我們跟Hotels.Com聯絡安排取消及退款事宜。我們人生路不熟，十分慌張，急忙找尋另一間酒店並入住，隨即致電給Hotels.Com作投訴及退款要求。 Hotels.Com的職員聯絡該酒店，但該經理卻反口，叫我們立即入住，是他趕我們走的，說可以退款，但當我們在別間酒店check in後投訴他 ，卻反囗叫我們即時入住，實在荒謬離譜，反口覆舌，存心欺騙，令人髮指！ 到現在事隔二十多天了，申請退款事宜仍在處理中，獲悉該酒店一直拖延沒有回復Hotels.Com。特此分享將此次痛苦經驗，希望其他旅客引以為鑑，以免再受同一折磨。」

「Located in a quiet area (when there is no marriage ...). The hotel is really nicely furnished, sophisticated, with all comfort, good beds, hot water. I like the simple breakfast (good fruit salad). We met only Papu , he was nice and welcoming. definitely recommended.」

「- Just within a 5-minutes walk to Mahabodhi temple, the hotel is located in quiet and pleasant area. Can find many restaurants, cafes and tea stalls nearby. - Hotel staffs are so friendly, helpful and very punctual which we Japanese find quite important. - Rooms are cozy and comfy, especially the cleanliness of bathroom is excellent. Staff were very attentive, courteous and eager to make us feel comfortable. Mahima ji and Reena ji in house keeping ensured room was clean and welcoming. Monisho ji in dining service ensured that our specific dining needs were met. Tahseen ji and the reception staff have exceeded all our expectations.」

「We stayed here for a night on a visit to Bodh Gaya and Gaya and the experience was quite pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner and lunch at the hotel restaurant, which was very clean. Food and service were excellent. The hotel is relatively new and is a bit out of the way from the Bodh Gaya attractions area. If you don't mind the short car/auto ride or a half-hour walk to the Mahabodhi temple/ monasteries, I would highly recommend staying here as well as going to the...

「What a great place to stay. It's only 15 minute walk to the Mahabodhi Temple and Kalachakra Grounds, but in the middle of nature, right on the bank of the beautiful Naranjana River. You can see the Mahabodhi Temple right from the hotel itself, too. We had a great stay. The staff was professional and helped with every need that came up during my 9 day stay. Highly recommended!」
