「Good location, breakfast was good but too small . The facility was a bit old but good enough for business . The hotel security had nice inspectation every time. But the rate is much better than Blu. Very easy to check out when use Expedia booking. 」

「Although the property was clean and good infrastructure but the staff especially the dining and breakfast buffet staff was below average ie just doing formality. Breakfast buffet spread was not consistent as well as not checked. If an item got finished they didn’t even cater to refill even when when there were about 4-5 rooms only occupied at the time if our stay.」

「Airconditioning of rooms was bad」

「We called twice to give the hotel notice of our arrival time but the rooms were not ready. They shifted us to another floor, one room was ready the other wasn't hoovered and no toiletry's, cups or towel were in the other room. On checkout the next manager tried to charge us for the room service from the room were shift from because they didn't log the change on the system. Restaurant however was great and service was excellent. It was like a different place.」

「The room was not worth the price. Breakfast is included but it’s not a buffet. Room was clean but without basic facilities like kettle or fridge. Location is on a narrow street.」

「It is very difficult to find, they have big stairs to go to elevator and this hotel is only if you want to go for one night stands and hook ups Staff if pathetic, the room smell dirty, and their number does not work, even booked for breakfast and did not provided anything. Don't book with them, you will regret every penny. Staff sleeps at main entrance on sofa for customer and no room service or housekeeping available.」

「They don’t even provide basics, no water in the bathroom, no WiFi and booked with AC yet they provided non AC, when asked for water for bathroom their reply was so lethargic “it will take 2-3 hrs, that too in the morning around 9AM. Like which hotel does that. They are not fit to run hotel.」
