Rude Incharge

The staff especially those who are incharge are not kind enough and do not work toward Customer delight, like Jyoti , they just follow strict hotel policies and can’t do even small things for you. staff at junior level they are very good and polite but they don’t have anything in their hands. Stay was comfortable but when you go for breakfast you will mismanagement everywhere.
