「La ubicación a minutos de las playas. Todo limpio y ordenado!」

「When I entered I found the bathroom to be dirty. The toilet paper was yellow, like old paper. Walmart is near. I cleaned the bathroom and purchased toilet paper. One towel had a stain on it. The bathroom faucet kept coming off. For those that like to shower with hot water, there was no hot water. Water was at room temperature. There was a lot of WIFI issues with the four network. I shared my concerns, the grounds keeper responded immediately to address the concern. By then I addressed...

「We had a lovely stay here! The communication was super quick and helpful from the start. The place had everything we needed and was very comfortable and cozy. We especially loved the sweet little seaside courtyard—such a sympa spot to relax! Highly recommended.」

「Good place to stay, relaxing, perfect」

「This property was ideally located near the town of Cabo Rojo and its popular sites, When we arrived, it seemed too good to be true. The place was lovely, very tidy and equipped with everything we needed. It almost felt like home away from home and we treated it as is. When we first walked in, we noticed a puddle of water near the refrigerator and immediately noticed that the water filter in the laundry area was damaged. We contacted the host/team and the water leak issue was resolved in no time...

「It was a old rundown apartment building not worth half of what we paid.」

「We stayed only for one night but it works perfect, good communication and excellent location」

「It needs an update and a better mattress.」

「We had a few inconvenience issues and pointed them out to the administration. They apologized but did not offer a courtesy credit or reward. 」

「The location and balcony are excellent, but I would suggest that the bathroom needs to be renovated.」

「TV was taking local only one Chanel working bad internet」

「🙂」

「Overall, the experience was good. Upon arrival, our studio was not ready, although the cleaning staff resolved the issue quickly. The first impression was positive, but several details affected our stay. I also shared this same feedback directly with the host. 1. We could not control the A/C temperature, so the first night was extremely cold. 2. The provided bedsheet was stained and dirty, so we could not use it. 3. The sofa bed and upholstery were dirty. We included photos as evidence. 4. The...

「Todo fue muy bueno, lo único es que el apartamento 2204 el aire estaba botando agua por la pared y llegaba al piso, pusimos toallas, por lo demas estuvo espectacular, tranquilo y seguro, gracias!!」

「We did not like the property at all. It was very dirty. Bathroom tub had grime on the sides. Floor had lots of hair from previous renters. Living room does not have AC so it was very hot. Day bed "white" cover was dirty, floors and bacony dirty. There was a small pool in the courtyard, host said we needed to pay $30 if want to swim in it. So we did not as it seemed riduculous. Extremely loud fan in the bathroom. It came on when you turn the lights on. Ac in the bedroom was so loud, we could not...

「it was OK however just a little stairs to go up three floors was so narrow, and the TV was in top of the stove. It was just not professionally done really just trying to make a quick buck.」
