you walk in and it smell bad . there is no free breakfast just coffee which they had the bleach next too . the towels look dirty i was told they clean but the towels are soo old and stain . there was mud shoes at the stair way that was there all week i was there five day . i fell down the stares as they are super small . they didn’t seem to be concern . they had a fridge that sat in the diner for days and the cleaning room door stay open all times .

We booked a two night stay at this Motel 6. We arrived late Friday and noticed strong drug odors throughout the downstairs. The stairwell had a mix of smoke and cooking smells, and our room (near the stairwell) had a heavy greasy odor that had permeated the linens and towels. Grease was all over the floors and window. While the beds appeared clean, the smell made the room uncomfortable. Due to the late hour, we stayed the night and planned to request a different room in the morning. At the front desk, I was told to “call back after 10 or 11” to check availability and that refunds would need to go through Expedia. We packed our belongings before leaving so they wouldn’t absorb the odor, expecting to switch rooms later. When I called back, I was told we had been checked out because the room was empty and could not stay that night. During the call, the manager said, “we refund your money” and “don’t come back.” When I tried to clarify that we only wanted a clean room, the response escalated to “what you want, what you want” and “I don’t care what you (profanity) do!” And then hung up on me. Three days later, no refund has been received. Overall, the room condition and handling of the situation were disappointing. Do not stay here!

We were put in a room accross from frequent users that had a party that was loud, yelling, screaming. Had to call front desk twice. Then outside door opening and slamming at 3:00 am and 5:30 am. Horrible night. Looked like mold growing ceiling above shower. Shady people present.

People with their doors open, hanging out of windows, trash everywhere - very dirty. Did not feel safe staying there with my 16 year old daughter. It was very humid, and the whole place smelled like old food. The pillows on the bed were greyish and looked dirty. We didn't even set our bags down, we went right out the side door and booked another hotel.

Upon arrival, I waited an extended period because there was no staff member at the front desk. The room had a noticeable cigarette smell, the towels were stained (including one with what looked like a red, blood-like stain), and the mini fridge was damaged.
