「Hotel was comfortable and clean and the location was great.
The staff at check in need to be more clear about self parking and not to use the ticket that you’re given, rather using the QR code sent via text or email. It wasn’t explained clearly and now instead of paying $40, we paid $70 (which is more than valet). Now we are trying to get that reimbursement.
I would still stay here again for sure.」

「The room was clean and had a nice layout. The Parking across the street is half the cost of the hotel valet which was nice to be told so we could make an informed choice. The staff was friendly from check in- check out. The area is also very nice and close to almost everything in the downtown area. Breakfast was also nice, fresh food and friendly staff there too.」
