Older place. Okay for a night or two. Pretty clean. Had a partial kitchen and large refrigerator. Great value for the price. Plenty of lights and outlets. USB port available. Staff is nice. Industrial area so no view but close to lots of food and gas stations.

The staff was great. Around the area it was trashy. Cigarette butts and debris in parking lot trash and dog poop in grass making it hard to walk my dog. Overall it was okay.

nice looking place. didn't feel safe going to or leaving room. It was in the middle of a secluded hallway. room had a good bit of bugs. No pillows or TV remote when first in room. Had to find them. Do not know what else was missing.

Room wasn't very clean, sheets hadn't been changed, sink didn't drain, room had a smell, and someone had been smoking in the room. Staff was helpful and switched us to a different room, which had a similar musty smell, and the deadbolt didn't work, but at least it was cleaner. This is an old motel that needs a lot of maintenance.

I hate leaving bad reviews but feel anyone reading this deserves a heads up. When I first entered the room it looked very nice. Within a few seconds I started seeing cockroaches. So many cockroaches! Walking on the floors and walls. I went back to the office and did receive a refund. Hopefully it is a problem that will be dealt with.

Ok but not Good nor Great

The hotel staff was friendly, it's obvious that the owners switched it to a Days Inn brand rather than whatever it was before. Easy access to HWY465, Interstate 65, and 70, as well as downtown. About 15 minutes from Lucas Oil Stadium. That said, the cleaning staff does a horrible job. The floor appears clean but it's not, and the towels in the bathroom are stained with mud and who knows what else. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, and all told it was an ok choice for the price.

I do not suggest anyone to stay here I got a room in was infested with roaches they switch me to another room and that room as well had roaches I left immediately on top of that they charge a 100 dollar deposit and now there giving me the runaround about my full refund I was told they can only refund me for one night cause someone else rented the room and it wasn’t roaches this place need to be demolished

Unfortunately the room I was given had not at all been thoroughly cleaned. At first it seemed okay so it wasn’t until my 2nd day that I’d dropped something on the floor which led me to look up under the bed and oh my.. there was trash and dirt and it was extremely obvious that they do NOT thoroughly clean these rooms. The toilet was also disgusting where it had not been cleaned around the bottom of it and there was visible urine buildup. They also had painted the bathtub in which the paint chipped up terribly as I bathed and/or showered. For the price I paid per night, this was not worth it. I wasn’t expecting it to be like a nice hotel such as the Holiday Inn Express however, I did expect a clean room. It was awful and I will never stay here again.

First room, there was trash everywhere, beds had not been remade or cleaned so i requested a new room and within 30 mins there was cockroaches everywhere, sink was covered in dust and dirty stuff, toilet constantly running. Wires sticking out from the ceiling so i left and demanded a refund from the front desk!!! Absolutely disgusting
