Noisy bathroom fan. Sounds like a diesel truck.
Caulking around tub needs to be redone.
TV remote was sticky like it was dipped in maple syrup. Not kidding! The room was clean and comfortable.

Ive stayed here twice and ivenalready reserved it for next year. Its my go to spot for the Indy 500 race. The rooms are recently renovated. Clean and funxtional. Relatively quiet. Its in a busy hispanic area. Theres noise and theres traffic. Dont leave stuff in your car maybe, overnight, but why would you ever do that.

The place was very clean inside and out. It's non smoking which is more than fine, but I noticed a couple of grassy areas with some shade across the parking lot... A picnic table or 2 in these areas would really be great for the smokers or the guests who enjoy sitting outside.

The area was somewhat undesirable. The shower head faced the wall and needs to be adjusted but at least the water was nice and hot. The room was clean. Cheap and cheerful if your on a budget

No frills
A bit pricey for a no frills hotel. It was clean and that was what mattered most. The two towels were tiny and rough but clean. No room cleaning during your stay so we had to reuse our towels the second day. A good place to stay in an emergency but keep looking if you want basic amenities or continental breakfast.

Worst motel ever falsely advertised breakfast when there is none. Room smelled musty and the shower still had the previous guests hair in it. check in lady was very rude. Will NEVER be coming back again.

Property was very clean in and out. Would liked to have more than 2 towels as we had more than 2 people. Overall inexpensive good place to stay for the race or if you are just passing through. New microwave and new mini fridge also. Beds are firm.
