First off, if you plan to book with them via Expedia; remember to check your Expedia messages after you've been confirmed. I was expecting an email, but was unaware that that was unavailable. Do that, and you'll have a smooth time. Customer support was like a dream. Friendly and accommodating. I had to call pretty late at night and was taken care of without any hitches. They even have a website/app combo that gives very clear, step by step directions. This was so helpful, given the remote nature of the business. The property itself was very clean and comfortable. Everything that was advertised was available. We were impressed with the location, right next to many awesome venues in Downtown Indianapolis! I realize now towards the end of this review that it seems like I'm being paid for hit. I'm not lol. But I did receive a polite request from a review analyst. If given the opportunity, I'd book Cozy Suites again.

Short trip for a game and we stayed in the cozy suites. I liked that we didn’t have to go to a desk. Check in and entry were easy. It was comfortable and nice. Would use them again for the price. Fire alarm went off at 2:30 am but it was building wide, not the hosts fault

Don’t suggest staying with Cozysuites, unless you like getting blamed for existing damage. Everything was ok (not great) during our stay, but afterwards we were informed that Cozysuites is keeping our deposit for damage that was existing when we arrived.. So if you decide to stay with them, walk thru the apartment and document every little issue because they’re going to try and keep your deposit when you leave. Also, we paid for parking, but they didn’t send instructions. Stay elsewhere.

The only problem I had was the Wi-Fi information was incorrect. When I reached out to the property management, I didn’t get any reply. Other than that, everything was good.
