"Booked for a Morgan Wallen concert. Check in was supposed to be at 4:00 pm and didn’t get a text that my room was ready until 8:30 pm. Had to change clothes in a dirty bathroom along with a bunch of others that also didn’t have their rooms. For $800 a night it was the most ridiculous hotel stay I have ever had. Hotel was fully booked and apparently they failed to have enough staff to clean rooms "

"We were attending a concert at Lucas Oil. The valet parking was backed up across the intersection and no organization. The lady at check in was not friendly. I had two rooms and was charged almost triple the rate and spent most of the next business day getting that corrected. When I went to get my car the keys were in a locked cabinet but not tagged all just thrown in there. I asked if I could look and found my keys and out sons. I could have picked any car and left! The rooms need 2 queens not full size beds. All in all we have an even in a couple months and we chose a different location. "
