「Clean」

「This hotel is in a great location to beach and restaurants. The staff were super nice. Fresh ground coffee prepared in the morning for all. Great roof top pool. So clean. Parking was great and so convenient! I would definitely recommend and stay again !」

「The amenities at the Avenue Inn & Spa were plentiful. Free Wi-Fi, breakfast, hot tub, wine & cheese, indoor pool, cookies, and sauna were a few of the amenities. However, the floors in the rooms were not as clean as I expected. The floors in the common areas were decent, and the atmosphere was cozy. 「This was the best place I stayed. However, it was not at the Inn for which I paid. When I arrived, no one was in the office, but I ran into some guys renovating the property. The called the boss for me, and he put me at a much nicer property at Staybridge Suites, 34521 Old Postal Lane, Lewes. That was the nicest place Instayed on this vacations so far and the breakfast was the best. The WiFi was flawless.」

「Very quaint location, could use more sand less grass behind the hotel but otherwise beautiful, they had a cute little sand area with hammock swings, but it would’ve been nice to have sand in front of the water for children to play otherwise very nice kitchenette and bathroom size. We ate at the lighthouse, but they were out of most of the fish, which is why we like to come to the beaches for fresh fish, but that is not the hotels fault. I did like that they had parking available for us on site....

「This is our go-to spot for enjoying a beach getaway. It’s centrally located between Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City. The pool is nice and everything is clean. We appreciate the quiet pace of the hotel.」

「This hotel is located in a great location for shopping near the outlets and getting to Rehoboth Beach. The staff was very friendly during our visit, parking was plentiful, the breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean. Plus, the hotel looks like it has been renovated in recent years. However, we visited in early June, so the hotel wasn't fully occupied and traffic on the roads to the outlets and to and around the beach was manageable.」
