"From the beginning booking and asking questions, responded to everything, very easy, once we arrived IVINO checked us in and showed us to the room and all features, after that we enjoyed how peaceful and beautiful this place is , the restaurant was very good, going to beach was a breeze with their shuttle , this is one of the best hotels i stayed at , i would highly recommend and would stay here again if i return"

"We really liked West Bay Club! The rooms were very clean and the resort being right there on Grace Bay was so nice. West Bay Club is on a great section of Grace Bay. It has a wide sandy area with chairs and umbrellas for their guests, bar and food service and all is kept very clean."

"The staff are amazing! Sooo friendly:) The landscaping and the pool were some of my favorite features. I love how they had an adult quiet pool. 10/10 will come back to this resort."

"We stayed at this property some years ago and decided to stay here again. Property was clean, room was great, and staff was very helpful. Also, they have a nice area on the beach with clear water, and several places to eat on the property, one which has an amazing view from the roof. No complaints at all, and if you are not sure where to stay during your travel to Turks and Caicos, you can put Windsong on the Reef on your list of choices with confidence."
