「Rohit and staff did an excellent job during our stay for Kumbh.. they even served hot dinner on the night that we were late coming back to the hotel after sightseeing at the Mela.」

「One star for allowing check-in at 7:00 am (that is also after a lot of argument) The second star is for AC (AC was working). The approach road is not good. (can be ignored) But the bathroom was not clean. The room is OK. It is not recommended for aliens to India. 」

But a lot to improve on the service, clear information regarding check in and check out timings, daily room cleaning with bed sheet change and towels daily should be given to guest, cab/taxi assistance for guest during stay, don’t suddenly call the guest and ask them to check out on a sudden short time saying 24hrs check in and check out time, speak politely with guest, give clarity, allow a few hours of extension during check out, provide good drinking water daily in the room, talk...

「The customer service at this place is outstanding! I loved that they accepted payments by card. I also love that they did cash back. I had a family member who was with us who described this place as superb!! The setup of the rooms is pretty in terms of the bedding that’s used.
