"Everything is good, except the air con in the public area really needs to improve. I felt it's so warm on the floor, in the 1F restaurant and in the 1F public toilet. I sweat in the toilet, too warm and my frige in the room didn't work even after mechanics come. But the air con in the room is ok. "

"We request 2 twin beds with a smoking room, but when we check in, the staff tell us the twin bed don’t have smoking room. Then why we can choose twin bed with smoking room? I don’t know the problem is from the staff or expedia, and the answer is the same from the staff. Ok then, doesn’t matter the problem from ibis or Expedia, you should correct your option anyway from the situation like this. Hope this comment can let the one come after to know the situation. In the future , I won’t choose ibis again, since the staff answer is keep looping…looping…"
