「Evergreen Suites is a reasonably priced guesthouse in a very nice area of Delhi, convenient to Defence Colony Market, and a short taxi ride from the New Delhi train station, Connaught Place, and many other central locations. I've stayed here 3 times recently and the room is always clean and comfortable. The family style breakfast is excellent, and the manager was very helpful in arranging taxis for me. I will continue to stay here on my visits to Delhi, and recommend it to others as well.」

「They do not accept online reservation for stay from any website or app as they said. hence no rooms available on that day . as a result have face lot of trouble in finding hotel for stay」

But a lot to improve on the service, clear information regarding check in and check out timings, daily room cleaning with bed sheet change and towels daily should be given to guest, cab/taxi assistance for guest during stay, don’t suddenly call the guest and ask them to check out on a sudden short time saying 24hrs check in and check out time, speak politely with guest, give clarity, allow a few hours of extension during check out, provide good drinking water daily in the room, talk...
