The hotel does not have a lift so must climb stairs to rooms. The stairs are clean and in an open space but if you have any physical ailments may pose an issue. 」

The room service was good as well. When I booked I was told complimentary breakfast but that was non existent . I can say that customer service was good. 「Rooms are too small, not value for money and not well maintained. The AC in my room was gushing out water like tap. The bathroom glass shield fell off and wasn't fixed. The AC in the property seems inferior as it doesn't cool effectively」
